Darlene was attentive, asked questions and listened in a friendly, professional manner. Dr. Rolins had noted a large amount of earwax in one of my ears, and he requested Darlene to remove it. I was very pleased with how gentle and obviously experienced she was about this removal. I had been concerned about how much discomfort this would cause me,but, thankfully, she was very gentle and I did not experience any pain from the procedure. It required repeated efforts to accomplish it and I was very happy that I did not have to seek follow-up care elsewhere.

He was confident, knowledgeable about everything I needed, he was a great listener, he was fun and funny and understood exactly what I was saying without making me feel stupid! I have been a patient at Carondelet for about 7 years now and he is my 4th doctor. He was the best I have had, truly in years. That includes doctors I have had before moving here! Since I arrived early, the experience was pleasing to me from the front desk over to the well-informed assistant inside the inner waiting room! I did not have any bad experiences. This was a very positive appointment for m;e in that everyone was helpful, and friendly. I came away knowing that I made a very good choice in Dr. Rollins. I have been with Carondelet since I moved to Green Valley in 2003, and have been pleased with all but one Dr. in all of that time, so I have no intention of ever leaving Corondelet.
