The podiatrist explained very well my type of fracture and the prognosis. I used to work for a hand and plastic surgeon and he did the same thing, explained well. My boss at that time took pics of hands and the different sides of it with the names of dorsal or median nerve etc. I was a great visual for those of us that are visual learners. Dr. Jones did the same thing showing me visually my fracture and how it will heal. Thank you!

I timed out when I tried to download my driver's license on my phone while filling out the pre-registration information the first time. I was able to complete it the second time without my driver's license. This could be my lack of skill on the phone, so I switched to email. I hope that helps in the future.

10/10 in my book. Retired RN who worked w physicians for years including the old Carondelet. Younger physicians seem to have the patient and diagnosed front and center m. Dr. Wood is amazing. Even if I wasn't an RN his discussion with me was easily understood and repeated. He also checked the x-ray several times to make sure nothing was missed. Thus gives me great confidence in his doing surgery on my foot
